Sergio Ernesto Reyes Monroy, better known as DJ Sergio, began his career as a Disc Jockey in 1994 with Sonidos Mobiles, performing at all parties throughout the South Texas area. Over the next two years, he became part of nightclubs in McAllen, Texas, playing tropical rhythms such as salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, and Spanish pop music. In 1997, DJ Sergio had the opportunity to work for significant corporations such as Graham Central Station and residence in renowned nightclubs in South Texas like Tao Nightclub. In the following years, he became a resident DJ at Club Rio in San Antonio and performed at significant events such as Club Diego in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In 2009, he started a project on the Digital 101.5 Radio Station, now known as Digital Traffic Mix. In 2014, he joined Entravision Corporation to work on English and Spanish radio formats such as 107.9 Mix FM and La Tricolor 99.5, continuing to fill the city of McAllen, Texas, with beats and impacting the radio and nightlife scene. He has become one of the leading DJs representing Latin and Top 40 music in South Texas to this day. DJ Sergio mixes and produces Latino remixes, video remixes, House, Top 40, and Dance music. With his achievements and recognitions up to the present day, DJ Sergio continues to be active in the nightlife and the art of Video DJing in the Rio Grande Valley.
Sabrina is a certified consultant, coach, facilitator, & bestselling author that helps nonprofits and small businesses build relationships that increase revenue. She has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and leadership. Among Sabrina’s successes is that she increased operation revenue from $750K to $2.5M and completed a $12M comprehensive capital campaign in the 3rd poorest county in the United States. She has facilitated numerous workshops with hundreds of nonprofit and business professionals. Sabrina is certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School. Debra S. Holland is the Commissioner, Wage and Investment (W&I) Division of the Internal Revenue Service (retired). Debra has over 40 years of leadership experience, with 12 years as an IRS executive. As the Commissioner W&I from 2013 until her retirement in 2017, Debra led the largest business division in the IRS with 47,000 employees, 70 executives, and 2,000 senior managers. She was responsible for the administration of tax laws governing all individual wage earners in the United States. Debra oversaw a $2.3 billion budget. Her team’s accomplishments included implementation of numerous legislative mandates such as the Affordable Care Act, Health Care Tax Credit, Individual Identification Number program overhaul, and hundreds of annual tax code changes and updates.
Debra’s personal leadership story is one of triumph over adversity, from young mother and high school drop-out to one of the top women executive leaders in the IRS. Since retiring from the IRS, she enjoys spending time with her family, speaking to business professionals on a variety of leadership topics, and helping small businesses and nonprofits succeed. Debra is a co-owner of 3 Gen Insights, a leadership and business consulting firm.
Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance and currently holds his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. He has spent the last 13 years working as Associate Partner for The Baker Group as a broker/dealer where he handled relationships with Banks and Credit Union in eight states. He also spent 12 years as Director of Operations for New Vision Consulting Group where he managed all day-to-day operations.

In his best-selling book, Dr. Baker recommended integrating interest rate risk and investment portfolio management with balance sheet management to better monitor and measure interest rate risk and improve overall performance. Rose Murillo is the Fraud Operations Manager at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union and has held various roles within the organization. With nearly 20 years of Financial Institution experience Rose brings a refreshing approach to Fraud Operations & is always mindful of the overall member experience. Rose is a firm believer in the importance of member education & enjoys providing tools members can utilize on how to not become victims of fraud.
With a background in psychology, training and development, and fraud investigation; Emrys Gravell’s career expands over several sectors within the financial world. With seven-plus years of experience, Emrys has worked his way up from an entry-level position in various fields and is currently working as the Fraud Operations Assistant Manager at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. Emrys brings an enthusiastic opportunity to simplify difficult conversations and make them relatable in our day-to-day lifestyles.
